Delivery within and outside South Africa

  • Delivery within South Africa

    Like a well-trained carrier pigeon De Afrikander Handelshuis aims to deliver standard local orders to your door within 1-4 working days. For local deliveries, courier costs can range between R90 - R150 for deliveries in main centres, and up to R170 in remote areas.

  • Availability of products

    If you choose to collect your parcel yourself, it can be collected at the following address:

    639 Windsor Rd, Garsfontein, Pretoria, 0042

    Please note that if you place your order and select this option, you will be notified as soon as your parcel is ready for collection.

  • International deliveries

    All international deliveries are made by Fedex or UPS couriers and the courier cost depends upon the volumetric size. Your shipping cost will be quoted separately based on the country we are dispatching to and the size of your parcel. 

    Please note: A local import-duty can be applicable depending on the country that you reside in.

Return policy

You are like family to us. If your product is damaged, we will exchange it for you at our expense, if:

You notify us within 7 days of your purchase; The product is in its original packaging; The product is unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

If your product is in tip-top condition but you have changed your mind, or you want a different size or colour – then we meet you halfway. You will have to return or deliver the product to us at your own expense. We will return the product at our expense. Furthermore, the same conditions apply, namely that you must notify us within 7 days of your purchase and the product must be in its original condition.

If you do not want to exchange the product, you will be requested to return the product to De Afrikander Handelshuis at your own expense. Once the product is received and the product is unused, your payment will be refunded to you via EFT.

For international orders, all return or replacement fees are the responsibility of the customer.
